Denise Catherine Sheridan (nee Harding) 1954 -2016

After a seven-year-fight, Denise’s body was finally overcome by cancer. However, Denise’s mind and spirit remained steadfast and strong, as did her sense of humour and beautiful smile. With grace, dignity, and in comfort, Denise bravely took her last breath with her sister Heather and husband Rex by her side.

Denise remains eternally grateful for the kindness, caring, and sustained quality of life, provided by her Doctors and the healthcare teams at Juravinski Cancer Center, Juravinski Hospital, and St. Peter’s Hospice.

Denise loved family and friends across Canada and the USA. She was especially grateful for hundreds of friends and associates cultivated throughout the North American healthcare industry during her critical-care nursing years and pioneering career with SIGVARIS.

Denise, thank you for the courage and grace you inspired, for all the love and happiness you have given, for the inner strength and determination that was so much a part of you.
